(1) Referrals must be for qualified nursing candidates eligible for applying for vacancies for Home Care Nurses positions.
(2) There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, but all referrals must comply with the company’s policies and ethical standards.
(3) Referrals must not involve any conflict of interest, and candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and experience prescribed for the positions.
(4) You will receive a referral bonus of Rs. 1,000* for each successfully referred nursing candidate who is hired by our client against the vacancies for Home Care Nurses.
(5) The referral bonus shall be paid after the referred candidate completes the probationary period (90 days) with our Client.
(6) The reward mentioned above does not apply to candidates who have already applied directly to SAMS.
(7) In the event a candidate is referred by multiple referees, the first person who shared the candidate's CV with SAMS shall be eligible for the referral bonus.
